The last day of term will be Wednesday the 20th July and we will re-commence after the summer break on Wednesday the 7th September.
Our sessions are filling up rapidly for the Autumn term so if you would like an additional session for your child or you wish to change your child’s sessions in September please speak to us as soon as possible so that we can hopefully accommodate your needs.
We are making plans for a whole group Summer Outing (including parents) on the 12th July 2011. This will hopefully be to the Natural History Museum and the Castle Park. Full details concerning this outing will be sent out shortly.
Our Obstacle Course is planned for the 15th June (if you haven’t already received a letter concerning this please let us know and we will supply you with a further copy). We are planning a family picnic between the morning and afternoon sessions and look forward to seeing many of you there. As you have probably noticed our grass is in a very sorry state and you may wish to bring with you an old blanket or something to sit on (or we have plenty of chairs if you prefer).
The 15th June is also the date for our blue bag collection. We have ordered more blue bags from the Collection Company so if you need extra bags please ask. The bags can be filled with old clothes, shoes, bags and cuddly toys. Every little helps so please donate what you can, thank you.
Finally we urgently require new committee members. Please speak to us if you feel you could give a small amount of time to be on our committee. The pre-school cannot run without a committee of parents to lead us.
